The hotel had spacious and spotlessly clean rooms, with excellent beds and bathrooms, although they were at the rear of the building overlooking bins with no views. The location was great, right on the seafront and with beautiful wood panelled rooms and stained glass windows throughout. The dining experience, while not as good as expected, offered good quality food but poorly cooked and not hot enough. Overall, a comfortable stay with a few minor drawbacks.
